Hi everyone! My name is Layla Gully, and I’m the creator of Slate Fitness, an online personal training program for women, focused on building consistency through structured workout programs and virtual coaching.

What began as a physical outlet during the COVID-19 outbreak quickly became a deeper mission to break free from unhealthy habits and step into the best version of myself.

I’ve been active my whole life as a competitive dancer, but over time, I felt a stronger pull to test my self-discipline not just physically, but in every area of my life. Strength training became the tool that helped me do that. It didn’t just make my insecurities fade, it built my confidence, consistency, and discipline across the board.

Now, my goal is to help you transform in every way possible. I want you not only to accomplish your goals, but to exceed them. The woman you aspire to be is already within your reach, you just need the consistency to bring her to life.
